- Cancellations and Reschedules must be received in writing.
- Cancellations received 10 or more days prior to program start date may be rescheduled without fees or fully refunded.
- Cancellations received within 9 days of the program start date or “no shows” will not be refunded.
- Reschedule requests received within 9 days of the program start date will incur an additional fee equal to 50% of general registration fee.
